When it comes to learning a skill set for real estate, one of the most important things to understand is how to manage your time. I use a system called Five by Five Gold Digger. Throughout the day, I always have my yearly income goal in front of me.
Ask yourself, “What are my money-making activities, and what are the tasks I need to do?” Write the answers down as a list. As you’re getting calls, getting rejected, listening to frustrated people, etc., you’ll be scratching those items off your list. By doing this, your subconscious tells you that you’re winning. It doesn’t matter if it’s a small win because they all count. You’ll be able to go into every sale and call with confidence because your subconscious mind knows you’re a winner.
