Real estate agents: Here’s a tip for you. If you’re at any social event, and someone asks you how the real estate market is doing, you should be able to tell them what has been happening over the last seven days here in Vegas. We had 1,250 homes that were just listed. We had 196 homes that increased in price. We also had over 1,500 homes that went under contract. Speak from confidence because you have the information they’re looking for. Know your numbers, and you will have more appointments, more production, and serve more families.
