What is the one thing that is stopping you from getting more transactions? I’ve found that many Realtors are just not getting any education on handling objections. What happens time and time again is that they go out there and show 50 to 100 homes just to make a sale. If they had learned how to handle objections properly, they could have had a home sold within the first couple of showings.

Here’s an example: You’re out showing a house, and the prospective buyer says, “I don’t know; let me ask my wife.” You need to turn around and isolate that objection. You need to ask this prospective buyer, “If your wife were here and loved the house, would you write an offer on it today?” The buyer will probably say, “No, I need a better downpayment.” You see, in this example, you had a false objection. When you get to the root of the objection, it’s a problem that you know how to solve.
