One thing that I screwed up for a long time in my real estate career was that I was 80% skill and 20% mindset. Today, I aim for 80% mindset and 20% skill. Your mindset is going to change everything. What’s going to happen at the end of the day, during the transaction, with the client, with your operation, while you’re helping and assisting other agents, etc.? It all depends on your mindset, so work on that, and you will have more success.
