“I made an appointment recently and the client no-showed; what should I do?” This is a question agents ask me about all the time. Often, people get angry when clients no-show on them, but you can’t let that affect your decision on how to move forward.
In my experience, the best thing you can do is call them back and tell them you’re worried about their safety. All you need is confirmation that they’re okay. This works because if they missed your appointment by accident, this now gives them an urgent reason to call you back. Nine times out of 10, these clients will want to set up another appointment.
Come from a place of caring, and more people will want to work with you. Call or email me if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
